Surgery time!

On Monday 1-31-11 I had my HYPNO-BAND surgery!!!!!!  Noooo side effects, and yes, I was a little sore on my hand ( where I got the "needle") and on my stomach! Its shocking how powerful the mind is! Its been  GREAT so far! I am def. eating less, and honestly, I feel LOTS better!

The First Few Days!

I started HYPNO-BAND!!!  The intro session was super! A 1hr long hypnosis that started me on my journey towards getting fit and eating less! I was relaxed, calm and sooooo NOT hungry!!!!! Dr.Grayson sent me home with a tape that I listen to that re-iterates what my mind just learned!
